This is a free monthly gathering of neurocreative souls where we:

• gather around the virtual table,
• can take our masks off,
• bring in somatic practices and meditation to get into the space
• meet other neurocreative souls and
• dedicate some time to our creative practices  (whatever that looks like painting, writing, journaling, doodling, pottery etc.)
• use the community as body double to help you get there.

When: First Thursday of every month at 6pm-7pm Madrid Time
