I get it...

It sounds impossible. I've been where you are.

I've been burnt out from overgiving, overworking and undercharging.  But I've learned to honour my energy, realise the value of my work and not be afraid to charge for it all while still honouring my nervous system. 

I have a million ideas for my business on a given day and have been lost in the sea of fuzziness and lack of clarity to communicate them. But I found ways to tune into what offerings want to come through and need to be birthed and which ones need to gestate a bit longer. 

I used to want to hide when it came to market them and barely mention what I offer out of fear of being seen. 
But now I see it as sharing - as connection. I found ways to express and promote my offerings that feel natural and authentic of who I am. 

I've definitely hidden parts of myself from the world -doubted my voice, my work and value. 
But I have done the somatic work to heal and reclaim those parts and rewire the patterns.

I've built my work around my soma, nervous system and values. Creating systems and structures that support me. Leaning into pauses, allowing myself to soften and feel and create from a grounded place.

  • Nervous system check-in: your energetic baseline+ capacity
  • Clarify your values, vision, and how you want to work
  • Identify internalized beliefs, masks, or personas you’re ready to shed
  • Name and honour your lived experience as part of your medicine

Visibility From The Inside Out

Work through resistance, shame, and fear around being seen.

  • Explore & somatically process visibility blocks (fear of judgment, rejection, etc.)
  • Identify the nervous system’s protective patterns(freeze, mask, fawn)
  • Create safety rituals for visibility (pre/post-sharing grounding)
  • Gently practice being seen in low-stakes ways

Owning & Expressing Your Gifts

Name, own, and articulate your magic in a way others can understand.

  • Claim your story, lived wisdom, and unique perspective
  • Map your “body of work” — even if it’s still forming

As a healer and business owner myself I know what you're going through. 
I've felt all the doubts and blocks you have. I have worked through a lot of them, but as you know the work is never done. 



I use all my tools in my toolbelt to help you on this journey. My years of experience in business and strategy, my intuitive gifts, somatic tools to regulate the nervous system and remove any underlying trauma and beliefs that are holding you back and maybe most importantly own experience as a Healer and Sensitive Entrepreneur.
 

I promise you that creating a life and business you want is absolutely possible and it doesn't have to look like anything you've seen before. Because it's unique to you.

How it works

Over 3 months together we will get clarity on how YOU want to run your business, what YOU need to organise your systems to support you and your business and implement all the necessary changes to allow your magic to shine in this world. All while you have me as your guide and mentor walking along side you as you move forward with clarity and ease and helping you stay on task and accountable. 

One -to-One Coaching

We have 6 calls in our time together. 

I will teach, coach you & mentor you and use my intuitive gifts to get guidance for YOUR business. We will dive into identifying blocks & limiting beliefs that hold you back and develop a business strategy that works for you and get the support you need to implement.

Accountability

Each week we set out what we want to achieve until our next meeting.
I will check in with you weekly via Email to check in on your progress & help you achieve your goals.
