Somatic Movement Educator & healer

Christine Schnell is a Neurodivergent Creative Coach who helps women unlock their unique magic to create a life and business that works for them. Unapologetically. Through somatic movement, yoga and ancient Hawaiian and Celtic healing modalities, Christine helps women re-discover their essence, remove trauma and limiting beliefs from their system, heal generational trauma to empower them to live a purposeful and magical life. 

Amanda Grace

Amanda Grace is a journal artist, inner work mentor, and personal transformation coach, specializing in helping women cultivate deeper self-awareness and unlock the path to authentic freedom and happiness. Through creative journaling, guided introspection, and compassionate coaching, Amanda empowers women to transform their lives by reconnecting with their true selves and embracing personal growth.

Do I need any prior painting experience?

No, our program is designed for all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist, you’ll find value in our workshops and tutorials

What do I need to bring?

We will provide all the art materials. You just have to bring a Yoga mat, blanket and anything else that makes you feel comfortable. 

How long is the Wellness day?

10am-4pm with a lunchbreak. 
Bring your own lunch or get some lunch in a Cafe nearby. Tea and coffee is provided.
